Baked stuffed peaches

Hello All

We all need some energy to start the week so I have decided to share with you a quick and tasty recipe that my friend Mara often prepares for me! Baked stuffed peaches.

Easy and quick to prepare but super tasty. I’m sure you’ll like it a lot … Let’s start!

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 4 ripe but hard peaches
  • 40 grams of amaretto biscuits
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate

Preparation

Wash and dry the peaches.
Cut each peach in half and remove the stone. Take a knife and scoop the peach a little by removing some pulp; cut the pulp into small pieces. Also cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and crumble the amarettos. At this point, in a bowl, mix the peach pulp with the dark chocolate and the amarettos.

Take an oven dish and butter it, then put the peaches with the hollow upwards. Take a spoon and fill the hollow of the peaches with the mix you have just prepared. Be generous and make some beautiful mountains… they will go down while cooking!

Bake at 180 degrees (static oven) for about an hour.

I recommend serving them still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream; as a pairing wine, I suggest a good glass of Verduzzo friulano !!!!
