Upon returning to Italy, Elia decided to embark on this adventure, fulfilling his dream of producing his own wine.
The winery launched its first series of wines, with a limited production of 7,000 bottles, combining tradition and innovation. Four varieties are offered: Prosecco, Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, and Chardonnay. Each wine expresses the soul of the Friulian territory, with a modern touch that makes the winery’s offerings unique.
