The Friulano from Cantina Bressani Giuseppe is a fine white wine, made from Friulano grapes grown in the vineyards of Nimis and Torlano. The harvest is carried out manually using crates to best preserve the grapes and capture the optimal ripening moment, essential for enhancing the varietal aromas of this extraordinary wine..

The Winemaking

The winemaking process of the Friulano Bressani Giuseppe is careful and meticulous. About 80% of the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, consistently maintained at 17 degrees to preserve freshness and aromas. The remaining 20% is fermented in French oak barrels, adding complexity and a slight toasted note to the wine. The aging process lasts for 9-10 months on fine lees, with weekly bâtonnage, giving the wine body and structure, ensuring a perfect balance between acidity and smoothness.

The Friulano presents a bright straw yellow color, embellished with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a complex and articulated bouquet, where floral and fruity notes intertwine, enriched by hints of sweet almond and flint.
