THE PRODUCT
To the Venetian radicchio, Joseph added dried mandarin peels grown in the warm Sicilian lands; by doing so, Joseph managed to intensify the flavour of this recipe with citrus notes. We can say that Veneto has met Sicily.
The strong and slightly bitter flavour of radicchio is wrapped in a delicate mix of extra virgin olive oil and sunflower seeds, which, thanks to the dried mandarin peels, are scented with mandarin.
Ingredients: Long red radicchio, dried mandarin peels, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar, sea salt.
Red flower radicchio with mandarin is the ideal side dish with meat and grilled fish. It is also excellent with cheeses and cold cuts.
THE COMPANY
The inKonserva company was officially born in 2019 when its owner Joseph turned 60 and decided to change his life and turn a hobby cultivated for twenty years into a job.
Joseph’s hobby was culinary experimentation, study and knowledge of foods. The magic of combinations, sometimes traditional, others innovative and courageous. The desire to enhance the flavour, the joy of creating unique dishes.
With this spirit, he began to experiment with the preservation of vegetables, an activity that requires a careful selection of raw materials that must be rigorously fresh, imagination, innovation and scientific rigour.
Each inkonserva jar is like a book. Through the glass, in addition to the colour and texture of the vegetables, you can read the commitment and study that Joseph has put into each new recipe that he has experimented with and refined to obtain a unique and extraordinary flavour.
