Bepi Tosolini’s Beer Eau-de-Vie is an exclusive distillate obtained from artisanal Friulian beers, expertly matured in oak barriques to impart precious and unique notes. This eau-de-vie is the result of the distillation of three selections of artisanal beers: amber, smoked, and blonde, skillfully blended to capture the full character of Friuli and the untouched landscapes of Carnia. Grape Selection and Distillation Method
The distillation is carried out artisanally using bain-marie stills that enhance the aromas and flavors of the selected artisanal beers. Maturation in oak barriques gives the distillate an amber color and a soft body, reflecting the quality and attention to detail typical of Tosolini products.
