Grappa Chardonnay – Bepi Tosolini – 50cl

Bepi Tosolini’s Chardonnay Grappa represents mastery in Italian artisanal distillation. The pomace is distilled fresh from the harvest using the renowned “Tosolini method.” This process preserves the unique aromas and fragrances of the grapes, creating a grappa that is smooth and extremely aromatic. Only the finest Chardonnay grapes, sourced exclusively from the Friuli production area, are selected by the Tosolini family for the production of this refined grappa.

Distillation takes place in traditional steam boilers, an artisanal method that enhances the unique characteristics of this spirit. After distillation, the grappa matures for 6 months in stainless steel containers, allowing for the development of a complex and refined aromatic profile. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., the grappa maintains a strong yet harmonious character.

• Color and Body: The grappa presents a clear, crystalline white color and a delicate yet intense body, promising an elegant and enveloping sensory experience.
• Aromatic Profile: It offers an intense floral fragrance with hints of hawthorn and artemisia, delicate yet well-expressed aromas. The taste is gentle and clean, with a persistent apple aftertaste.
• Palate: On the palate, it is smooth and intense, offering a tasting experience that is as refined as it is satisfying.

To fully appreciate Bepi Tosolini’s Chardonnay Grappa, it is recommended to serve it at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. During the summer months, the ideal serving temperature is cellar temperature, around 16/18°C, to enhance its aromatic notes and sensory complexity.
