Most Eau-de-Vie Barrique Ex-Amaroneby Bepi Tosolini distillery
Bepi Tosolini’s Most Barrique Ex-Amarone Eau-de-Vie is a prestigious distillate born from the pressing of select, freshly harvested grapes. The transformation of the berries, rich in fragrant and sugary pulp, into must is carried out through the renowned “Tosolini method,” using Charante steam stills with double distillation. This artisanal process leads to the creation of Most Ex Amarone Barrique, characterized by an aromatic bouquet with intense notes of morello cherry and sweet spices. The distinctive inverted goblet-shaped bottle is the trademark of the Tosolini distillery, making it unmistakable and precious.
Grape Selection and Distillation Method
The distillation is artisanal and discontinuous, conducted with Charante steam stills that enhance the organoleptic qualities of the grapes. Maturation takes place in ex-Amarone oak barriques, giving the distillate an intense yellow color and an elegant and intense body. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., the eau-de-vie offers a rich and sophisticated sensory experience.
