THE PRODUCT
For pickled oil lovers, Joseph has created Unika, a giardiniera preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.
In addition to carrots, cauliflower, fennel, peppers and onion, Joseph added beans, which make this “garden in a jar” even crunchier.
The cutting and processing of the vegetables are rigorously done manually and preserved in a mild sweet and sour liquid.
Ingredients: Beans, carrots, cauliflower, fennel, peppers, onion (variable quantity), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar, sea salt.
The ingredients used, depending on the season, could vary their appearance.
Perfect with cured meats and cheeses but also main courses of meat and fish. Why not try it by itself too!
THE COMPANY
The inKonserva company was officially born in 2019 when its owner Joseph turned 60 and decided to change his life and turn a hobby cultivated for twenty years into a job.
Joseph’s hobby was culinary experimentation, study and knowledge of foods. The magic of combinations, sometimes traditional, others innovative and courageous. The desire to enhance the flavour, the joy of creating unique dishes.
With this spirit, he began to experiment with the preservation of vegetables, an activity that requires a careful selection of raw materials that must be rigorously fresh, imagination, innovation and scientific rigour.
Each inkonserva jar is like a book. Through the glass, in addition to the colour and texture of the vegetables, you can read the commitment and study that Joseph has put into each new recipe that he has experimented with and refined to obtain a unique and extraordinary flavour.
