The Winemaking

Lilith Macabeo is made from 100% Macabeo grapes, hand-harvested from the Cecilia vineyard, planted in 1967. After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo cold maceration at 15°C, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This process aims to preserve the purity of the aromas and maintain the wine’s freshness. A brief aging in the bottle allows the wine to integrate its characteristics and further define its freshness.

Visually, Lilith Macabeo presents a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of fresh fruit and floral notes, with a mineral touch characteristic of the wine variety.
