This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for about a month at 14°/16°C. Subsequently, the wine rests for a year in 500-liter acacia barrels, a process that enriches the wine’s aromatic profile, giving it complexity and finesse. The aging is completed with an additional 3 months in the bottle, ensuring a final product that is balanced and harmonious.
