ICE Most Eau-de-Vie by Bepi Tosolini distillery
Bepi Tosolini’s ICE MOST is an eau-de-vie obtained from grapes and cereals, crafted through a triple distillation process using artisanal “Pot Still” stills. This process imparts unique characteristics to the distillate, revealing a soft bouquet when tasted at low temperatures. Its subtle and delicate taste, combined with a particular neutrality, makes it perfect for mixability, becoming a key ingredient in cocktails, especially in the ICE MOST MULE, a cocktail launched by the Tosolini family.
Grape Selection and Distillation Method
The artisanal distillation is conducted through a triple “Pot Still” distillation, which enhances the aromas and characteristics of Friulano, Fragolino, Moscato grapes, and cereals. After distillation, the eau-de-vie is matured for 6 months in stainless steel containers, maintaining a white and transparent color, with an intense and elegant body.

- Color and Body: It presents a white and transparent color, with an intense and elegant body, promising a unique and sophisticated sensory experience.
