The Winemaking
The winemaking process for Traminer Aromatico Altùris follows traditional methods, combined with modern techniques to enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the grape. Cultivated using the Guyot and Friulian single-arched cane training systems, the grapes are harvested in September at peak ripeness. This process preserves the wine’s freshness and aromatic intensity. After harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, and fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to maintain the Traminer Aromatico’s typical fragrance.
Tasting the Traminer
During tasting Traminer Aromatico Altùris presents a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, hinting at its vivacity. On the nose, it offers a complex and fragrant bouquet, with notes of wild rose, linden blossom, and passion fruit on a subtle yeast background. On the palate, the wine reveals a soft and velvety texture, with an elegant aromatic finish that lingers pleasantly. The 12.5% vol. alcohol content contributes to a perfect balance between freshness and structure.
