Classic Most Eau-de-Vie – Bepi Tosolini – 70cl

Bepi Tosolini’s Classic Most is a refined eau-de-vie obtained from the pressing of select, freshly harvested grapes. These grapes, with their fragrant and sugary pulp, are transformed into must and distilled using the “Tosolini method” with Charante steam stills, through a double distillation process. The aromatic bouquet, with floral hints, originates from the rarest and most precious Friulian grape varieties. The Most bottle, with its inverted goblet shape, is the trademark of the Tosolini distillery, making it unmistakable and precious.

The artisanal distillation is carried out discontinuously using Charante steam stills that enhance the aromas of Fragolino, Friulano, Moscato, and Merlot grapes. Maturation occurs for 6 months in stainless steel containers, maintaining a white and transparent color, with a delicate and intense body.

• Aromatic Profile and Palate: Classic Most is distinguished by its elegant taste, with pronounced floral notes and red berry fruit. It is enveloping and delicate on the palate, with a velvety finish. The softness of Most and its rich and full flavor are unleashed from the first sip.
• Color and Body: It presents a white and transparent color, with a delicate and intense body, promising a refined and enveloping sensory experience.

To best enjoy Bepi Tosolini’s Classic Most, it is recommended to serve it at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. During the summer months, the ideal temperature is cellar temperature, around 16/18°C, to enhance its aromatic notes and sensory complexity.
