THE BEER
The nectar beer of the 32 Via Dei Birrai brewery is considered a beer closely linked to the brewery location.
The name of this beer wants to remind the customer of the bee’s activity, which goes from flower to flower to suck the pollen and suggest honey in the beer.
It is a brown beer with warm scents. The main ingredient is the precious chestnut honey produced by the “District of Grappa”, which has its headquarters near the brewery. Sweet beer, full-bodied with a pleasantly bitter finish. We are talking about a meditation beer that must be left to mature in the cellar.
Dark, the beige foam is compact, thin and persistent. The aroma is fragrant with pleasant notes of chestnut honey that alternate with balsamic hints given by mixing chestnut honey with linden. It continues with herbaceous puffs and even light hints of caramel. Slightly acidic on the palate with an excellent correspondence between aromas and flavour. A full-bodied beer.
This beer referments in the bottle; there may be deposits on the bottom.
THE BREWERY
The 32 Via dei Birrai brewery was founded by three friends in 2006 in Pederobba, a small town in the province of Treviso in the Veneto region. It is a craft micro-brewery; the three partners’ strengths and priorities are quality and research; their raw materials are carefully selected. The malt comes from Belgium, England and Germany.
The hops are currently grown by some friends from Belgium. Still, recently, the brewery has decided to produce it at home with a project involving the farmers of Monfumo, a hilly area near the brewery.
It is also essential to highlight that the brewery works in an eco-sustainable way; this choice has made it possible to reduce water consumption by over 40% and CO2 emissions by 25%.
32 beers do not go through any filtration or heat treatments, such as pasteurization, but referment in bottle, thus determining a possible deposit on the bottom.
We are talking about unique beers with great personality.
