THE PRODUCT
Gin Sul is produced in Altona not far from Hamburg in Germany, but has its roots in the wild coast of Vicentina in the southern part of Portugal; in fact it is from here that the botanical herbs used for its preparation come from. It is a careful selection of botanicals, including: juniper berries, rosemary, eucalyptus, coriander, pepper, rose petals, lavender, cinnamon, Algarve lemons. A mix that makes this gin fresh, harmonious with a dry and elegant taste, suitable for the most refined palates.
See-through clear and limpid in the glass. The aroma is delicate with pleasant hints of white flowers and orange blossom alternating with scents of citrus and juniper berries; followed by notes of rosemary and officinal herbs to close with balsamic puffs of eucalyptus and spicy nuances. Refreshing and soft on the palate; this gin is slightly spicy, with a perfect correspondence between aromas and flavor, and a long finish accompanied by marine tones.
