This land, characterized by a silty-sandy composition, offers ideal conditions to maintain the wine’s acidity and freshness. In the cellar, selected grapes undergo gentle pressing and cryomaceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to enhance the wine’s distinctive aromatic notes.
