The Winemaking

The winemaking process for Moscato Rosa “Valzer in Rosa” uses traditional methods that highlight the grape’s organoleptic characteristics. It begins with 12 hours of cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by pressing and the initiation of alcoholic fermentation with temperature control. The process continues with immediate clarification upon reaching an alcohol content of 12.5% and a residual sugar of about 85 grams per liter. Aging occurs exclusively in steel, preserving the wine’s freshness and complexity, providing a balance between sweetness and acidity, with a velvety and harmonious body.

“Valzer in Rosa” presents a bright pink color that captures the eye and anticipates the sensory experience.
