The Winemaking

Produced 100% from Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in the hilly vineyards of Friuli, the Ribolla Gialla Etichetta Blu benefits from marl soils that impart a pronounced minerality to the wine. The vinification involves gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for eight months on fine lees, a process that preserves the fruit’s purity and enhances its aromatic complexity, keeping the typical aromas of the grape vibrant and fresh.
