The Winemaking

Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the vineyards of Còrmons, the wine benefits from ideal climatic conditions, with sunny days and cool nights that favor optimal grape maturation. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine ages for eight months on fine lees. This process allows the Pinot Grigio to develop complexity and distinctive aromas while preserving the freshness and vivacity typical of the grape variety.
