Most Eau-de-Vie Barrique Ex-Brunello by Bepi Tosolini distillery
Bepi Tosolini’s Most Barrique Ex-Brunello Eau-de-Vie is a refined distillate obtained from the pressing of select, freshly harvested grapes. The berries, rich in fragrant and sugary pulp, are transformed into must through the renowned “Tosolini method,” utilizing Charante steam stills with double distillation. Maturation occurs in ex-Brunello oak barriques, imparting a unique aromatic bouquet to the Most Ex Brunello Barrique, silky on the palate, with intense notes of underbrush and hints of small fruit jam. The bottle, with its distinctive inverted goblet shape, is the trademark of the Tosolini distillery, making it unmistakable and precious.
Grape Selection and Distillation Method
The artisanal distillation is performed discontinuously, using Charante steam stills that enhance the organoleptic qualities of the grapes. Maturation in ex-Brunello oak barriques bestows the distillate with a clear color with intense amber hues and an intense and elegant body. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., the eau-de-vie offers an extraordinary and sophisticated sensory experience.
