The Winemaking

The Merlot presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet with aromas of blackberry and cassis, accompanied by balsamic notes and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is soft and fairly fresh, with a body structure that ensures its aging potential. With an alcohol content of 13.5°C, it is a wine that perfectly balances fruitiness with herbal notes.
