Edi Keber Winery is located in Cormons, at the heart of Collio, one of Italy’s most renowned wine regions. Founded in the 1980s, the winery is the result of Edi Keber’s passion, who decided to dedicate himself to viticulture with the aim of best expressing the territory. Edi’s philosophy has always been to respect tradition while embracing an innovative approach, focusing on sustainable practices and meticulous, artisanal winemaking.

The Wines and  the Production Philosophy

Edi Keber Winery is renowned for its white wines, which faithfully reflect the terroir of Collio. Cultivation follows sustainable practices, prioritizing biodiversity and minimizing the use of chemicals. The harvest is strictly manual, allowing for careful selection of the grapes.

In the winery, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in steel maintain the freshness and purity of the wines. This artisanal approach ensures wines that combine minerality, elegance, and complexity, highlighting the unique characteristics of the territory.
