The Rauch’n’Roll by Antikorpo is a rauchbock beer distinguished by its amber-copper color with orange reflections. This craft beer features good clarity and is topped with a compact, fine, and very persistent ivory-colored foam. It ferments at low temperatures using high-quality ingredients such as water, barley malt, hops, and yeast. The Smoked and Cara malts give the beer a distinctive character, while the Hallertau and Hersbrucker hops add complexity to the aromatic profile.

Tasting Notes

Our rauchbock offers a unique sensory experience. On the nose, the aroma of smoked malts initially dominates, accompanied by hints of chestnut cake, rye bread, and quince jam.
