Vin Viandante is an oenological project born in 2021 from the passion of two friends eager to revolutionize wine production. The concept of a “wandering winery” is at the heart of this innovative project, which stands out for its ability to combine winemaking tradition with an exploratory and dynamic approach. The wandering winery is not just a romantic notion but a true journey of discovery aimed at selecting the best plots, deeply understanding the historical and cultural traditions of each area. This philosophy translates into wines that embody the essence of each explored place, offering a unique experience in every glass.

The Journey Begins: The Cesanese

Every journey starts from home, and for Vin Viandante, the 2021 harvest marked the beginning with the production of an IGT Lazio Cesanese. This grape is a symbol of the Lazio region, and the choice to start here was natural. The Cesanese represents a laboratory of ideas, a grape variety that allows endless experimentation, making it the perfect foundation for a winery that champions innovation. The selected lands in Ciaterna di Latina, characterized by volcanic soils of tuff and clay, combined with the marine influence and the location at 40 meters above sea level, give the wines freshness, acidity, and distinctive aromas, highlighting the unique personality of each bottle.
