The Winemaking
The winemaking process of the Cape Dreams Pinotage is meticulous and detail-oriented. After careful selection of the grapes, the wine is aged for 9 months in large French oak barrels, a crucial step that imparts good woodiness and aromatic complexity to the wine. With an alcohol content of 14% Vol, it provides a full body and a long finish on the palate. It is important to note that this wine contains sulfites.
Tasting the wine
During tasting, the Pinotage reveals an intense bouquet of wild berries, violets, and coffee beans, elements that harmoniously blend with the woody notes.
