This beer is not just a beverage; it is a journey through a mix of aromas and flavors that blend harmoniously.
A Blend of Aromas and Natural Fermentation
Hefe Weiss offers a rich and complex aromatic bouquet, where hints of cloves elegantly intertwine with sweet notes of banana. This combination of aromas is typical of wheat beers, which are distinguished by their particular fermentation process. In fact, like all weiss beers, Hefe Weiss also undergoes bottle fermentation. This natural fermentation process not only preserves the percentage of yeast but also enhances the taste and freshness of the beer, making it even more enjoyable.
Every sip of Hefe Weiss is a sensory experience that invites you to discover new flavor nuances. Its delicate effervescence, combined with a light body, makes it perfect for enjoying on various occasions, from a casual evening with friends to a more formal event.
A Versatile Pairing
This beer pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, making it an excellent choice for both white and red meats. Whether it’s a succulent grilled chicken or a roasted beef dish, Hefe Weiss manages to balance the flavors, elevating the overall gastronomic experience. Not only meats, but also appetizers and snacks can benefit from its freshness and aromatic notes, making every meal a special moment.
In conclusion, the Hefe Weiss beer from Brau im Moss represents a refined choice for anyone looking to explore new taste horizons. With its balance of aromas and versatility in pairings, it is destined to become a favorite among many beer enthusiasts.
THE BREWERY
It has been the brewery of the Munch family since 1870; brewers for 5 generations who put the quality of raw materials and the final product first. For their beers, the Brau im Moss brewery uses only fine aromatic hops produced in Hallertau (region of central – southern Bavaria), a quality malt rich in taste and spring water present on the brewery area.
The beers are naturally produced; they are neither boiled nor pasteurized. The combination of raw materials and the artisan production process give these beers a unique and incomparable taste.
