La Rajade winery, located in the prestigious Collio region, represents the perfect union of winemaking tradition and innovation. A Production Process Focused on Detail
The work in the vineyard and winery is carried out with extreme care, following an approach that enhances every stage of production. During winter, pruning prepares the vines for the new season, while in summer, leaf and cluster management ensures optimal growth. Harvesting is done manually, ensuring the selection of the best grapes. In the winery, vinifications are conducted separately according to the origin of the grapes, allowing the specific characteristics of each vineyard to shine. Only a month before bottling are the different vats blended in studied proportions to create wines of great harmony and complexity.
