Grappa Prosecco – Bepi Tosolini – 50cl

Bepi Tosolini’s Prosecco Grappa represents excellence in the art of Italian distillation. The pomace is distilled fresh from the harvest using the renowned “Tosolini method” to preserve the unique aromas and fragrances of prosecco. This process reveals a grappa that is balanced and extremely refined. Only the finest Prosecco grapes, sourced exclusively from the Veneto production area, are selected by the Tosolini family for this grappa.

Distillation takes place in traditional steam boilers, an artisanal method that enhances the unique characteristics of this spirit. After the distillation process, the grappa matures for 6 months in stainless steel containers, allowing for the development of a complex aromatic profile. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., this grappa maintains a strong yet harmonious character.

• Color and Body: The grappa presents a clear, crystalline white color and a delicate yet intense body, offering an elegant and enveloping sensory experience.
• Aromatic Profile: It features a harmonious and alluring profile leaning towards sweetness, with marked floral notes. The taste is sweet and delicate, with an intense and pleasant aftertaste of apple and ripe pear.
• Palate: On the palate, it is soft and silky, offering a tasting experience that is as refined as it is satisfying.

To fully appreciate Bepi Tosolini’s Prosecco Grappa, it is recommended to serve it at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. During the summer months, the ideal serving temperature is cellar temperature, around 16/18°C, to enhance its aromatic notes and sensory complexity.
