We are in the Tenuta Martinelli winery in Cologne; owned by three brothers, Giuseppe, Fabio and Cristian, it is located right at the foot of Monte Orfano. Thanks to the diversification of the land and due to the position of the Franciacorta territory, the grapes reach a degree of the unique complexity of their kind. Here, the earth is red and rich in limestone but also clayey elements, and I remind you that we are in a hilly area between Brescia and the southern part of Lake Iseo.As already mentioned, the vineyards are all owned by the winery;  they grow vines of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, Moscato, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.

A fundamental trait of this company is the passion that unites the owners and all the employees of the winery. This passion allows a constant evolution of the winery itself and the wines they produce.

We at Enolike fell in love with their line of Franciacorta D.O.C.G. “Benedetta Buizza” in the Brut and Satèn versions. Both wines are dedicated to the memory of the Martinelli brothers’ mother. The Brut, with its fresh bouquet and very fine perlage, is suitable for any moment of the day. The Satèn, soft and persistent, embodies a magical union of complexity and elegance.
