Grappa Riserva 5 Anni Bortolo Nardini Selection

The Grappa Riserva 5 Anni is smooth, rounded, and enveloping, with hints of cocoa, vanilla, and cherry. Aged for at least five years in Slavonian oak barrels, it pairs exceptionally well with cheese aged over 18 months and 75% dark chocolate.

Grappa Riserva 7 Anni Bortolo Nardini Selection
The Riserva 7 Anni boasts a rich coppery colour and is persistent on the palate, with notes of vanilla, morello cherry, and berries. It is aged for a minimum of seven years in Slavonian oak barrels and is perfect for sipping at the end of a meal, accompanied by dry pastries or desserts based on fruit and custard.

THE NARDINI DISTILLERY

The Nardini distillery has a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1739 with the birth of its founder, Bortolo Nardini, who travelled from house to house with his still, distilling the pomace from local wine producers. Bortolo eventually arrived in Bassano del Grappa, where he established the distillery’s headquarters.
