The Gin
Maniura from the Amazzoni distillery is the Old Tom version of the classic Amázzoni gin. The Old Tom version is a sweeter and more rounded gin thanks to the sugar or syrup added during production. The recipe requires that lemon peel and lemongrass macerate before distillation in the large copper still, handcrafted entirely in Brazil.
