The Satèn Brut by Castelveder winery is one of the greatest expressions of the harmony, pleasure and taste of Franciacorta.
After the manual harvest that takes place at the end of August, the grapes are softly pressed and then wine made in steel. The wine is then bottled and left on the lees for a period that is never shorter than 30 months.
Straw yellow with greenish highlights, the perlage is minute and light and disappears in a fine and creamy foam. The aromas are elegant with notes of rape fruit that get mixed with delicate hints of white flowers, followed by scents of dry fruit, biscuits and yeast. The palate is dominated by a pleasant flavor and freshness that blend well with an innate softness.
Ideal for the whole meal. Must absolutely try with raw fish.
